<p>All of us know how competitive are schools on grade 11 in India to prepare for boards
I got a low percentage 75-78% in grade 11 full year</p>
<p>From articles all over the net I have read that High school transcripts are the MOST IMPORTANT in admissions. </p>
<p>So should I consider of having a very low chance in selection in Stanford , Princeton , Cornell,UCB and other Ivy league colleges?</p>
<p>A detailed response will be appreciated :)</p>
<p>Your scores are alright… just work hard for your SAT score and make sure your EC’s are good. You will be fine

<p>Focus on 12th grade. This and now…Live in the present learn from the past and plan for future.</p>
<p>Most important is the mid semester or half-yearly like we call them.
And that worry about Class 11 grades is good. It will keep you on your toes and act as “push” - a reason to do better. Which is a good thing, in my opinion. It will demonstrate your will power and determination to turn things around and in your favour.</p>
<p>don;t lose focus, keep priorities straight. and there you go!

<p>No. Not at all, mathsoul. Class 11 percentages are usually low in India. Just ask your counselor to emphasize your class rank if that’s good.</p>
<p>According to 11th, if you were in non medical branch, 75% is difficult to obtain. And 75% are not bad.</p>
<p>Your scores are pretty decent.</p>

<p>Mine were very bad in 11th.</p>
<p>Same as @harshal76 , mine weren’t great either. But I do have a friend who got 77% and got accepted to Harvard,so don’t lose hope, and work on your SAT.</p>
