Low interest credit cards?

I've written an article on <a href="http://mahalo.com/How_to_Get_a_Low_Interest_Rate_Credit_Card">"How to Get a Low Interest Rate Credit Card". The deeper you go into interest rates, the more confusing it gets, with fixed and variable rates, etc. Would be grateful for feedback from anyone interested in the topic, or who knows of some low-interest cards. Please have a look.

Interest rate doesn't matter if you pay it off on time every month.

I'm going to have to second that.

If you get a high interest credit card, be sure to pay it off (completely) each month. Within time, they should lower your interest.

My interest is 15.24% APR, but I always pay mine off fully each month, so I have no fees.

I didn't have a credit history before I got my card so the rate started at 29.999% APR. I just tried to find one with a good limit and no fees as I always pay it off in full every month.

If you are a student with a credit card not making full payments you are learning the reason for america's downfall first hand.
