Low Normal GPA High UC GPA

<p>Is it strange/ abnormal to have a low gpa (3.66 unweighted, 3.9 weighted) but have a relatively high UC gpa (4.22). </p>

<p>I have gotten A’s in 8 semesters of AP/ Honors classes…</p>

<p>My high school does not weight honors classes…</p>

<p>I had a bad freshman year…</p>

<p>But still it does not seem like the jump could be that big.</p>

<p>I had a bad freshman year too, but I got into my UC of choice. I mean, after all, they do look for improvement. I think that they mostly look at the UC GPA anyways.</p>

<p>oh ok cool… yeah i’m hoping that they focus on the UC GPA because it looks infinitley better than my normal GPA</p>
