Low psat and sat practice. Help!

My daughter was taking C2 classes, and was referred by my coworkers. It is pricy, but the teachers really helped her on her weakness. Hopefully she can get better score.

Honestly, at this point, I would look at applying to schools with open enrollment or non test admissions. The stress is just not worth it. My wife and I both went to an open school and both make six figures. It all just depends on her ambitions. Her grades are excellent and there is always the option to start at one school and transfer in junior year to somewhere more prestigious if that is her desire. At this point her mental health is paramount.

My twins have 4.9 GPA , taking all AP courses, and keeping straight As but struggling to cross 1350… they are junior and took 3rd Time SAT on March 9th… scored 1310 and 1350… will go for 4th trial in June since AP tests are around the corner… i can def feel the frustrations!

What crash course did you take?

How did she do on the ACT?

@smithve, I would spend not an additional dime, over and above about $30 on additional test prep. Take $30 and purchase The Black Book by by Mike Barrett and Patrick Barrett. It’s probably the only resource on strategies that you’d ever need. For actual prep and practice, use the free practice tests offered by The College Board, and she can link her CB account to Khan Academy to customize her indepth practice. Schedule a retake when she feels ready (even August and October aren’t too late).

For the math section of the SAT, I found uworld very helpful. It helps with the timing as well.
