<p>I am an international (Pakistani) student and am applying RD with financial aid.</p>

O Levels CIE UK (taken in Pakistan, Year 9, 10 US Equivelant):

English Language : B (82%)

Physics : A (91%)
Chemistry : A (90%)</p>
<p>NOTE: Pakistan is the only country in the world where the CIE guys give a percentage. it is neede for equivalence or something.</p>

1. i was elected student body president ( Head Boy) . this is probably the most important extra thing that ive done and i rreally built it up on the common app.
2. another fairly important thing. i teach a weekly mathematics class within the school to student from Year 7 to A levels. i was chosen by a teacher for this job. it is really helpful for me aouse i plan on applying for a degree in maths ( i love maths)
3.Also, my dad is a diplomat so we get to move around a lot i mentioned that i had travelled to and lived in over 15 contries. this wasnt exactly required but i thought it was worht mentioning.
4. Charity and community service both as a student and as Head boy. nothing independant tough
5. Bank intern for a few months
6. I play the guitar ( not in a band or anyhting)
7. I enjoy sports especially basket ball and cricket ( not in a team0</p>
<p>now if you get through this the qustion is can i get into my college with fairly decent aid ( about $10000 family contribution). any comments woould be very much appreciated thanks</p>
<p>PS im applying as a student in mathematics and I have not shown any interest in any colleges as I am currently in Nepal</p>

<p>hmm...you have a great shot at those uni's where in pakistan are you from..im from pakistan as well im at Lahore American School, i think your 2080 is not bad at all. You should have applied to Northwestern, Boston College, UNC Chapel Hill, you should have gotten in with decent financial aid! Good luck with it!</p>
<p>you should look at the schools on <a href="http://www.fairtest.org%5B/url%5D">www.fairtest.org</a> some phenomenal schools similar to the ones you listed, but dont require the sat1.</p>
