Low scores

From the admissions standpoint, how will these scores look? Extremely bad?

SAT I: 1510 Math-760 Verbal-750
2080 Math-700 Verbal- 720 Writing- 660

SAT II: US History: 800
Math IIC (haven’t taken but estimating): 750

AP US History: 5
AP World History: 5

use your head

i applied with a lot lower scores....

Goldfish, your combined score will be 760+750+660 so chill...much better than my audacious 2060.

You're pretty much at the dead average mark for admitted students. So it's not great but it's not bad either.

Your scores are somewhat similar to mine, just a little lower. Did you take the ACTs, too? My opinion is that I took the SATs without making studying for them their own extracurricular activity and without wasting money on any sort of course/private tutor/etc. Yes, yes, I've heard the arguments that "This is an important test, the money is worth it, why wouldn't you study, etc. etc. etc," but that's just not how I function. If a university sees my scores and says "Ok, not outstanding, but well within our middle 50% range," then I would hope they would go on to consider me based on character and other academic achievements. At this point, your application is in, the November test date is now over (thankfully), and you can't change your scores (Unless you retook in Dec/Jan and applied RD). Just focus on the positive aspects of your application, and hope for the best.
