Low stats... chance me?

Race: Asian
Rank: School does not rank
GPA: 3.4 UW 3.8 W (horrible 1st 2 years, huge upward trend, also 1 grade ahead in math)
SAT: 1400/2160 (retaking and confident I'll get a 2250+)
SAT II: Math IIC 800, Chem 790
APs: 8 (for core classes such as science, math, etc. 4 APs senior year) including senior year, Chemistry 5, rest TBA
School info:
-Top 10 public school in the state
-Very competitive
-Lots of grade deflation
ECs:</p>

<p>Piano
-9 years
-Played in Carnegie Hall (7 times), Merkin Hall, participated in international competition in Paris and won Gold
-Grade 8 ABRSM
-Won several other competitions
-Performed several times for nursery homes
-Tutored since freshman year</p>

-Academic League Captain, started sophomore year
-Started own club junior year
-Violin since 4th grade, played in chamber orchestra since sophomore year</p>

-Water sampling 4 years
-Research @ Rutgers (summer '10)
-Hopefully research or internship at Stern this summer

-150 volunteer hours at local chinese school</p>
