I have a somewhat low ACT score. I took the test in June and got a composite of 30 (27E,29R,32M,33S,8W). Are test scores a big part of Rose's admissions? If so, will that grade hurt or lower my chances of getting in? I wanted to apply as early as possible, but now I might consider waiting a few months and retaking the test in the fall.

Don’t worry about your test scores, your ACT composite is higher than 56% of freshman, according to Rose’s common data set.

I have another question. Does Rose Hulman superscore multiple test scores?

CheriAnne,

I think you are a sure in to Rose-Hulman, based on your gender and ethnicity, and you probably have a better stats than the average incoming students. Rose-Hulman wants to diversify its student body. As for the scores, yes, RHIT does superscore them. Just apply and you will hear back your acceptance in less than 1 month.

cheers
