Hi I’m an international applicant from Hong Kong, I scored 102 in the TOEFL test, while some schools I applied say they require a TOEFL score of 105, does this mean I have no chance at all?

That is not the same as “required,” so no, your application will not be tossed. But,the language of instruction is English, and the expectation is that all successful applicants will be able to handle the workload, understand the instructor. So other sections of your application which show a weakness in the English language will give them pause.
