Lower AP Score or higher SAT II?

Hi, I plan to apply to Uni of Edinburgh this fall. I know the chances for an American getting in are good, but I’m homeschooled so my UCAS reference won’t really know me in much of an academic sense and I’m a bit worried.

I already have an AP World History score of 4. I plan on taking the Literature and US History SAT II’s (I expect to get 700 minimum).

Is it better to just send the AP World score, or take the SAT II and get a higher score (closer to perfect - I’m very good at history & testing, just slacked off a lot that year in high school)? If it makes a difference at all.

Thanks

Why would you not send both? They cover two different subject areas?

^ Send both.

I guess I was just thinking of it in terms as entry requirements where they say they won’t count the same subject twice but I’ll just send both, thanks

No reason to take world history sat. I think that was your question, right?

You have to report ALL scores on the UCAS. Do not leave any off. They will use the one they consider the highest.
