Lowe's Scholarship - help!!

<p>I'm encountering two problems:
1) In the "class rank" box, I'm not allowed to put "N/A" or leave it blank.
2) I can't change the name of the principal</p>

<p>For both 1 and 2, it doesn't let me "Save and Continue."</p>

<p>I tried filling out an online help form but for some reason, it won't submit the form. I literally tried a dozen times.</p>

<p>Is there some way I can talk to someone (no phone # listed on website)? Or does anyone know what to do about my two problems?</p>

<p>i left my class rank blank and i was able to send the application.
did you put a number into the class size or something? that could be the reason why</p>

<p>and if you click on edit high school, choose your high school and everything, you should be able to edit something if you need to.</p>

<p>What did you put for college? Just undecided? Under which state?</p>

<p>I can't click the "Save and Continue >>" button either! And when I fill out the 'contact us' online form, i can't even submit that form.</p>

<p>Yeahhh I filled out everything, even the parts where there wasn't a red asterisk but when I click on the "submit" button, it wont work. Is it possible for anyone that can make the "save and continue" button work help us out by submitting a form? =)</p>

<p>I just clicked on "applicant information" and re clicked on the "academic information"and it worked.</p>

<p>I got the class rank thing sorted out - if your school doesnt give a class rank, leave both the "class rank" and "class size" boxes empty.</p>

<p>But I still havent been able to figure out the issue of changing the name of your principal. Sorry but could someone give the exact steps of how to do it?</p>

<p>This is what I did:</p>

<p>1) Edit school info.
2) Changed name of principal
3) Tried to click "Save and Continue" -> STOPPED HERE</p>

<p>This is so annoying...I still can't change the name of my principal...Fluffer or someone else, can you double check that you can do this?</p>

<p>Mine had my guidance counselor, I didn't bother changing it. It doesn't matter, I think.</p>
