<p>This might be a bit late, but looking at Naviance, there are DEFINITELY people who score <1300. And this is for a school in Asia</p>
<p>In the scatter-plot, someone got into Cornell with a 1000/1600 SAT, and an IB score of 35/45. The next lowest got a 1150, then 3 got around 1200. And then another 3 got around 1250, one with an IB score of <30. Then moving on, there’s a 1300, then majority of the rest got between 1300-1500, with a few being accepted with higher-scores (and rejected as well).</p>
<p>As you can see, it’s not just about SAT scores…</p>
