lowest grades ever

Everyone! What's the lowest grade you've ever gotten in a single class?

for the year or marking period? for marking period the lowest was 87, year probably 92 or so.

46 on a Calculus test (I'm in college by the way) but I'm still going to get an A in the class for the semester.

I've seen an F- before.

Poor kid got every question wrong on a Spanish quiz and put his name under "Fecha" and the date under "Nombre" in the heading. Don't know whether he was doing it on purpose or not.

Guy's at UCLA now, for what it's worth.

pookdog LMAO!

My lowest year grade so far: a B in algebra II, B- for one quarter of it, and 62 on a logarithm test

B+ in AP Calculus Class. The quizzes are so much more difficult than the tests.

Jerod

I once got a 37% in a class in grade 7...various 60s up to grade 9.

If I had a chance to do it again, I wouldn't have even tried until grade 9, because the fact is, grade 7 and 8 marks will never hurt you.

It's easy to flip the switch to "on;" I'm an A student now.

One girl in my seventh grade algebra class got a 4%. The teacher felt bad, so she gave her points for putting her name on the paper.

That still doesn't beat pookdogg's, though.

I got 8 out of 50 on an algebra II test once. It was about linear programming. The question talked about a bagel and pretzel factory, and I got too engrossed in thinking about bagels that I didn't finish. I didn't know how to do it anyway, so whatever. My lowest grade in a class (in high school) is a B- in freshman english. I just hated that class and decided to rebel by not doing my homework. Bad choice.

umm 91 for the marking period in pre-calc last year..i still ended up with a 97 for the semester

pre-calc is hard ugh!

I had a D in government class. My lowest test grade is 0 (it was in government, too).

lowest marking period grade: Physics Honors: 83

brought that up to a 91 final grade by the end of the school year.

Now bow down to me.

Lowest grade: B- in Chemistry Honors.

Ameechee, I think I could top that 8% increase. Last year, two weeks before the end of the semester, my grade in English was a low 8% because I had too much going on outside of school. Brought it up to an 89% (which ended up being the highest grade in the class of 35 students; second highest was 88%).

Wow an 81% increase? ;). Or you do mean an 80-->89? Anyways, you still ended up with a B, while I brought my low B to an A. :)

My 8th grade math teacher once took points off a kids test because he spelled his own name wrong. It was pretty funny.

My lowest grade was probably somewhere around a 95. That's mainly because my school has the most ridiculous grade inflation ever.

I just got a 2.5/10 on my last quiz for a sparkling 25 percent! But thanks to my county's new grading policy, I get a 5, with an option to retake for a perfect score. Thanks!

Never gotten a C for a quarter though. I was nearing it this year in Ap Calc but my parents forced me to switch to a lower class. See, my brother never got a C in middle or high school either so they wanted to keep up the streak.

Lowest Final Grade: D+ in AP Chem
Lowest Test Score: 26 (class average was 32) last week in AP Physics
Lowest Marking Period Grade: F
Lowest Makrking Period Grades:
- World History Honors: F
- English I Honors: F
- Algebra I Honors: A
- Gym: D
- Biology: F
- Marching Band: B
- Concert Band: B

yeah... I transfered from buildings and my new teachers tested me on things I didn't learn at the other building (for example, after 9/11, this was freshman year, my new teacher was tested me on the key parts of President Bush's speech, while I was learning actual world history in the other building). That was First marking period freshman year. It left me with a GPA of 2.33 (I unno how, I figure it would be lower). I'm near a 3.5 now and will end high school with a GPA between 4.00 and 4.2 (depending on whether I get A+'s or A's in my AP classes. A+ counts as 5.35)

Lowest Final Grade (in HS): C in Algebra 2, AP Env. Sci, and AP. Bio
Lowest Test Score: 2/10 (AP English Literature, lol!)
Lowest Marking Period Grade: In HS.. a C.. in Middle School, a Fail..
