lowest sat score

Who is not afraid to share their lowest sat scores?
I took the SAT in 7th grade and got a 870(math and reading combined).

As a junior, I took the SAT once and got 660 reading, 630 math, and 510 writing( I know the writing sucks) =<. Even though these scores may seem low to CCers, the reading is still 160 points aboce the national average and the math is 130 points above the national average. I would have scored higher on the math if I did not leave so many free response questions blank.

My lowest SAT score was on my first try in November of junior year. I got 740 CR, 760 M, 690 W.

my lowest on my first try was 1430. ( m 600, cr 420 , W 410 )
now im in the 2050s range.

yes i studied >.<!

I got 157 on my Psats. 3 months later, my score is up 500-700 points.

in 8th grade i got a 1550ish

My lowest is 740CR, 800M, 760W - 2300.

“I got 157 on my Psats. 3 months later, my score is up 500-700 points.”

Thats pretty embarrassing that you got a 657-857 on your SATs 3 months after the PSAT.

The PSAT is graded on a scale of 60-240 .
Sorry if i wasn’t clear. Here, let me clarify for you.

Since the PSAT is graded on a 60-240 scale, it is proportional to the SAT, which is graded on a 200-2400 scale. Therefore, Khoitinh, if you score a 240 on your PSATS, you can simply multiply that by 10 to get the SAT scale. Why? because they are proportional . Therefore, a 240 on a PSAT is the same as a 2400 on the SAT. If you still don’t understand, PM me and ill help you out.

Sophomore Year: 1600
CR:500-something
M:600-something
W:400-something

Sophomore PSAT: like 192 or something. It was shameful. Junior PSAT, no additional prep at all: 235.

early sophomore SAT: 1460, CR 470, M 480, W 510. It’s okay.

My first SAT was quite bad
CR: 470, W: 490, M:580 = 1540
My only excuse is that I had no prep, I’m international and the test was on the same day with my 18. birthday
However, half a year later, again with no prep I can score on practice tests:
CR: 590, W:650, M:660 = 1900
I guess I should prep too. :D

Wow flid, you’re a natural genius, I’m sure with prep it’d be a 2400 easy.

Agreed^ . Thats beyond extraordinary flid! 1900 within a year with no prep? You’re truly gifted. Have you tried out for mensa? im sure you’d get in.

Good luck, im sure you don’t need it.

SAT in 7th grade I scored a 950 (V+M)
PSAT freshman year was 157.

thankfully, my high school fixed up these low scores…

Oh, I do need help. I’m awful with CR. Especially with reading paragraphs. Somewhere in the middle I just want to destroy all the paragraphs there
But I guess it was easy for me to improve as English is not my first language, so there is more to learn and thus, more to improve. The only thing I have done is having an addiction to CC. Being in an English-speaking environment (doesn’t matter it’s virtual) must have helped a bit.
Now I just have to break 2000 (or preferably 2100, 2200, well that’s not going to happen ;p)

I haven’t taken an actual SAT yet, but out of the 9 diagnostics/practice tests I’ve taken so far, my lowest score has been a 2100. That was, I believe, the first practice test out of the 2007 Princeton Review Cracking the SAT book. And I get my scores by taking the average of the score range.

Here is what it actually looked like:
Math: 670 - 710
Reading: 670 - 710
Writing: 720 - 740

And this is taken right after my sophomore year in high school ended.

^ -_- lowest score a 2100? that would be my dream score lol…ive been preping intensively and getting 1850-2000~ my CR is SO FREAKING LOW (mid 500s)

Lowest score:

CR - 670, Writing - 700, Math - 800: 2170

Strange because the results are so diverse…

On a practice SAT 1490 LOL. before that, the PSAT was 137 haha. all sophomore year.
