does anyone know if there is a place I can see pictures of the inside of Loyola Hall, specifically the dorms. I’m just trying to get an idea of what I’ll be working with.
The only thing I have been able to find is a short clip at https://vimeo.com/116551999
It is at 3:00 or so into the video.
Loyola Hall used to be a Jesuit residence. The first year it opened as a dorm, they were all doubles and the rooms are HUGE. It quickly became to dorm to be in, along with Queen Court. It was also dubbed the “Hotel Loyola” by students. The next year they had many triple rooms. And since the rooms are large enough, it was doable.
Just watched that video-----many students LOVED Fr. Florio, but sadly he is no longer at Fordham. I had the pleasure to meet him and he is a great guy.
Does anyone know if a converted triple in Loyola hall automatically mean there’s a bunk bed?
We visited Loyola on a tour…the room we saw had three girls in it, no bunks. all beds/desks fit comfortably on the floor.
