Loyola of Chicago

Does anyone have any information about Loyola of Chicago's Music-Applied Voice program? I am looking for a good academic safety school for D.

DePaul is academically the same standard, but a much much better music program. Also Roosevelt’s CCPA is great as well. My friend who went to Loyola for theatre told me that their choirs were worse than our high school ones. Wheaton College also has a great voice program.

Seconding soprano93’s recommendations for Roosevelt (remember, their grad school is the primary focus for their productions) and DePaul.

And I will chime in and recommend Elmhurst College, Sue Moninger, who directs the Concert Choir, is a very good director and teacher. I’m happy to answer questions about Elmhurst if you want to PM me.
