i know its under the loyola category but i just want honest advice or tips on which school offers a better experience and or education.

Knowing them both well, especially Providence, Loyola has so much more quality of life strengths that even if the academics were dead even, Loyola would be on top. Beautiful campus and neighborhood, and progressive academics. Big plus for PC is the “civ” program, which has a powerful bonding effect on the students.

I’m interested in this as well. Will be visiting both schools in April.

My son is also interested in any feedback. Of the two, he is favoring Loyola (likes Baltimore), but is waiting for regular decision. He also likes Marist and is waiting to hear from Boston College (may be too big).

I visited both schools during the accepted students day, like them both, but just from atmosphere and the campus preferred Providence. To me though, that doesnt really matter much in my decision. Loyola was nice (much smaller feel) as the dorms are seperate from the academic buildings and I know their buisness program might be more reconized, but the real turn on was Blatimore. It was absolutely amazing, and as a NY sports fans Ill be able to watch the yanks dominate the O’s about 10 min away. Providence does have a solid education course supposedly centered around Civ, and Providence was also an amazing city and Boston only like an hour away. I honestly do not know which one I would chose if I had to pick right now…
