I just checked the fin aid on the Fordham login and in the messages it says

Message
--Loyola Scholarship - This award is renewable annually based on filing the FAFSA and maintaining a 3.0 GPA.

Does this mean I'm in? It doesn't say anything about being accepted anywhere on the portal login thing ..

Yes it’s a pretty good bet you are in with merit $ of $8k and possibly more. Congrats!

How did you find the Fordham login? I didn’t receive a message about it.

And yeah, sounds like your accepted!

Yes, kitkat1237, you just need a Fordham id to “claim” your account and that is assigned to everyone who applies.

There is no place on My Fordham that tells you of your acceptance but the FA page has been used over the years as a “likely” gauge. It is NOT foolproof though bc they are updating the information individually so they might take longer with some. It’s also not foolproof in learning of your package either and you might be pleasantly surprised with additional money when you receive it in the mail! In past years, some accepted students didn’t get their final FA package until April for various reasons.

Good luck! :)

Earlier today we logged in and under messages it said something about a Theatre Scholarship, and maintaining a GPA, etc. My daughter called and talked to financial aid and they told her they had no idea where she had seen that messages and that she would find out her award in April. We logged back in a few minutes later and the message was gone! A few hours later, logged in again and there is an admitted student tab. So they are clearly working on the site. Anxiety increases on our side. :/

Yes glassharmonica!!! We had that too on the login site! Now I have to go check again and see what is there now. We didn’t have a message about a scholarship though, it was a message about sending in information for FAFSA. The first time we looked the admitted student tab wasn’t there, but later in the day it was. Ugh, can’t take this anymore.

Yeah the message disappeared today Ahhh! This is driving me insane.
