Hello!
I’m a transfer student looking to transfer to Loyola Chicago this upcoming spring semester. I heard there aren’t a lot of parties, and I was wondering if it’s common for students to party at other schools such as northwestern and university of Chicago on the weekends.
I just wanted to get an overall feel for what students do for college parties other then attending bars around the area. Thanks!
That is true, there are not a lot of parties that happen on campus, Loyola is pretty strict about its no alcohol policies, but people do drink and party , just like any other campus. That being said, there are only one or two bars around campus that most Loyola students frequent to. But unless you know people, there really is not much of a party scene and most people do end up going to Northwestern or UIC for parties.
