I just got 17,500 to go to Loyola while DePaul only gave me 6,000. I know it seems like a no brainer but DePaul seems to have a better film program. Any insight would be extremely appreciated!!
hi @Uniqueandproud! Wow, Loyola gave you a nice scholarship! DePaul has an amazing film/drama program and it’s pretty hard to get accepted into. Not sure if you know the stats but about 1600 apply for only 87 BFA students. this is a combination of actors, writers, FILM, costume design. So it looks like it’s a 5% or less for film acceptances. Accepted Students day is this Friday-Saturday. Have you considered visiting and speaking the Financial aid rep while there? Also, you can go online to DePaul Financial Aid. There is a form that you can request more Aid. Express your desire to go.
