I heard that LS1 and LS2 cover different aspects and you can take them in any order without getting screwed. Is this true? I havnt taken LS1 but want to take LS2 since it fits into my scheldule better. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks in advance

Take LS2

LS1 covers everything in LS2-4. So take 2-4 then take LS 1

you can take LS2-4 before LS1. LS1 focuses almost soley on the evolutionary aspects. No body systems or chemical systems. I think our prof treats the class as if no one has taken LS2-4 to be fair.

I think LS 1 is overly conceptual compared to LS 2-4. Unlike with LS 2-4, you can do well here just by memorizing straight facts without understanding biochemistry or biological processes. Don't sweat it.

it seems like everyone is starting out with LS2 first now..
