I was trying to figure out my fall schedule, and i needed some help. I've taken chem 14A-C, LS1, all of the Math 3 series and physics 6A so far.

I'm thinking of doing LS2 with Chem 14D and a GE in the fall, but the only LS2 lecture that works with 14D is the TR one thats taught by Fain and Cooper (I have no idea how a class with 2 professors works, good/bad?)

How does that sound? Are there any better options? (I still need 14BL and CL, but i'm thinking of doing that later in the year and in the summer)

That sounds like a good schedule (or at least as good as you’re going to get as a south campus major.) You’ll soon learn that many of the LS classes are taught by two professors. What happens is that each professor takes on different topics. Rarely will both lecture on the same days. Most likely, it will be one for the first 5 weeks and the other for the last 5.

yea i figured this would be the easiest i could get as a phy sci major. but have you heard anything about fain/cooper? are they good (individually and as a combo?)

how does the grading system work with them?

why dont you take ls2 with esdin and 6B with gruner? gruner has good ratings and esdin is easier than fain/cooper. LS and physics teachers always change, so its wise to take good teachers when you can. hardinger will always be there.
