LSA Transfer Connections?

<p>I'm an admitted junior transfer for Fall 2011 in LSA and I got an email about a program called Transfer Connections. I read the description of it on the website and filled out the form but haven't sent it in yet.

<p>Has anyone here done Transfer Connections? Is it worth bothering with? I know it's free so it's not that big a deal, but I don't want to sign up for something that isn't worth it.</p>

<p>Anybody have any experience with Transfer Connections?</p>

<p>In Fall 2009 it was a /complete/ waste of time. I never even laid eyes on my mentor and he was out of town for the first two weeks of school-- and after that I didn’t really need a mentor anymore.</p>
