Hey, Wolverines,
I’m an in-state CC student who’s considering transferring to LSA this upcoming winter. I’m near completing my school’s LSA transfer guide (distribution requirements) and currently have a 4,0; my adviser seems pretty certain I’ll be accepted.
I plan on transferring in ~55 of my CC credits, then beginning work towards my LSA degree. As I understand it, transferring in this many CC credits would take me very close to LSA’s [transfer credit ceiling.](https://www.lsa.umich.edu/students/academicsrequirements/academicpolicies/residencepolicyandtransfercredit/currentstudentstransferringcreditintolsa) Would this mean I’d be unable to transfer in any additional CC classes that I might take at home over the summer after enrolling? [This article](http://www.michigandaily.com/news/lsa-introduces-expanded-transfer-credit-policy) seems to suggest otherwise, but I suppose it’s possible the author misunderstood the situation.
Thanks!
