<p>Im a sophomore here at LSU. I decided to transfer into Art and Design. I really want to enter the Arch or LA programs, but kinda scared. Its extremely completive and they do an evaluation after your 2nd year and 4th year and chose 36 students to continue. I would love to try, but I would already lose 2 years of classes I have taken, and If something happens and I dont get accepted, I'll lose another 2-4 years. </p>
<p>It wouldnt bother me if my tuition was paid for, but my mother is paying it 100% herself. I really want to challenge myself and see what I capable of, but Im just scared of trying so hard and falling short. So I may end up in graphic design. I dont know what I should do. I have an appointment this week with the arch and LA directors. </p>
<p>Any advice of what questions I should ask?</p>

<p>What do you think are the realistic chances of going through the program without getting cut? Because I telling myself it looks impossible...</p>
