Go read a few good books, look over some flashcards, read over strategies from any test preparation company, and relax. It'll be okay.

Don't sweat it too much, the critical reading sections on the SAT can be somewhat difficult. For me, my weakness was the math section. Read plenty of newspapers and magazines {New York Times, Time}. This ought to help with the critical reading sections.

I used the Princeton Review books for SAT preparation {Reading and Writing Workout for the New SAT}.

The reading passages {the really long ones} are a big pain in the ass unless the topic is interesting {not often}. Trick yourself into thinking it is interesting {this actually works}. I tell myself, "Geez! That is pretty f---in interesting. S---, I never thought that it would be so interesting."

You have several months until the SAT in June. I will be taking the May and June SAT {yes, all three times}. Just keep reading and condition yourself to succeed on the Critical reading sections. Familiarity is the best piece of advice I can give you.

Good luck!

Thank you for the advice!
