<p>That place looks amazing, and doesn't seem too expensive for freshmen if you have the suite with 4 people. You can't cancel your UW housing contract and switch into lucky without some huge penalty, can you?</p>
<p>I read somewhere that too cancel your contract you have to "buy it back" for 85% of what you paid x.x</p>
<p>Single bedrooms + kitchen + living room + 2 bathrooms + location for $1100 is a steal.</p>

<p>Freshmen Only. They have other apartments in the same building for other students, but 101 is for freshmen only.</p>
<p>I'll be living at Lucky in a 4 person apartment.</p>
