Doesn't anyone have resturants close to their school?? Aren't you guys allowed to leave school during lunch?

No. scoffs at thought
Yes, restaurants are near. No, we can't leave. Not even seniors. I guess our school system just wants to keep us safe and prevent us from leaving and not coming back.

.-_-.

We can't leave school for lunch either. They abolished that quite a long time ago....

wow, so you guys mean you just don't eat at all during school when you said who eats at school? That's sooo unhealthy, you'll become bulimic or something!!!

I eat at school. I get the normal, "almost healthy" food. I could never eat fried food everyday. :p

What do you call sleeping?
[/quote]
no genius, I'm talking about the gap from 6:30 to 4:30... And most people get less than ten hours of sleep a day during weeknights

mikenthemaddog66, 10 hours of sleep...must be amazing.

I always get like 4 hours on weekdays(I know,awful) and like 15 on weekends,lol...

I average to 8 hours, time management baby! Slept six hours today and feel like crap all throughout the school. Usually 7-9.

On my eating schedule:

6:30 breakfast -- chicken or some meat, oatmeal.
11:30 lunch -- something that is not fast food: meatballs, meat salads, whatever there is in school.
Somewhere between 3:30-5:00 dinner -- preferrably soup but usually just sandwich and tea.

I get about 5 hours of sleep. Add another hour to that when I sleep during Chemistry. :P

That class is too easy.

ewwwww....who eats breakfast??Honestly, I feel sick when I do...

Uh, most people eat breakfast. It actually helps.

I usually run 3-4-5 miles of faltrek by five o'clock so I don't have problems with appetite :)

Actually, of my all friends, I can't think of one who eats breakfast, it may help but not me...

After running, i'm personally never hungry, or thirsty, just very sleeeeeeppppppyyyyyyyyyy:)

I'm usually very thirsty after running and VERY hungry in an hour or so. Running could be worth it only to get the appetite to eat food with (not mentioning wrestling season in month :o ).

Our schools food is okay. they have random things but its soo expensive so i usually get some baked lays. theyre sooo good

^^Eating only potato chips for lunch isn't healthy for a teenager...

I think Schwarzenegger is doing it for our own good. I always bring my own lunch, and I sometimes eat off campus. Even though there has been an attempt to make the food healthier, a lot of it is still empty calories. I like what we have in our vending machines though-- water (pretty much all i ever drink anyways), baked chips, reduced fate cheese-its, trail mix, dried fruit, etc. Maybe if our population wasn't so fat, we wouldn't have to take such extreme measures.

^ we should only force people catagorized as 'overweight' to take physical ed classes and go on diets. Why make the skinny population suffer as well? Also, I find it hypocritical that teachers get sodas and all that junk in the staff lounge
