Lupe-Love his lyrics and the flow he’s got.
Kanye-Best beats in a long time, but I only really like the rapping of Blame Game and Heartless. Most of the other stuff isn’t too fun to listen to.
Ice Cube-Great rapper, and a classic.
Kid Cudi-He’s my favorite current Hip-Hop artist, but he doesn’t really seem to be a rapper, like Lupe or Nas.
Nas-Great
Wu Tang Clan-Great Rappers, beats, flow, lyrics…really unique in some respects…the samurai theme is pretty interesting.

MBDTF was overrated.

I gave it a full listen… and the tracks were bleh.

Good production, just not a great total product.

On a side note

Did you call MITES?

My country-loving ceramics teacher played The Show Goes On in class today. Not his most amazing work, but nonetheless I told her she had good taste. Haha

^^ Problem solved.

They asked for it through email.

You can’t just listen to it once. It grows on you big time. Whatever man, it doesn’t really matter whether or not you like it anyways.

Hip Hop just saved 5 lives.

Just learned about Immortal Technique…Dance with the Devil is both the best and most messed up song I’ve ever heard.
Thanks for turning me on to Immortal Technique…

“Beef and Broccoli” by Immortal Technique is funny ****.

Kanye- MBDTF was my favorite album last year. Killer beats, guests, and it just sounded good. Favorite tracks: “Runaway”, “POWER”, and “Hell of a Life”

Lupe- Eh. Listenable but doesn’t do much for me. My global teacher last year absolutely hated him though.

Cudi- My school’s obsessed with him, but I’ve gotten over his music some. Songcraft is great, and I love the beats, but 12 songs about weed are a bit much.

Rakim- The greatest.

Lupe: The Show Goes On is epic.

Kanye: Great lyrics, awesome rapping. And the beats are always good. Best rapper fasho.

Drake: He has some pretty great songs, but as a rapper he’s definitely not the best. One time I thought he was Lil Wayne, so he needs to develop his own style more. That said, he can sing! Points for that.

Jay-Z: All his songs are pretty much genius.

Eminem: His rapping style is a bit too harsh for me, but his lyrics are amazing.

T.I.: His songs have so much attitude; it’s awesome.

Cudi: My friend loves him but he’s pretty ehh to me.

Lupe’s album leaked, btw. It sounds a lot more mainstream than his other two.

Immortal Technique…Dance with the Devil

yeah their stuff is great.

T.I. saved someone’s life, as in I mean preventing a guy from jumping off a building.

oh. and. yeah. Lupe fiasco’s new album sounds a little two mainstream for me. I 'm not sure I like it.

It’s the product of the ******** that is Atlantic Records. He didn’t even want the album to be released, he just wants off his label.

Lasers is super mainstream. I miss the enemy of the state lupe.

Cudi is wack as ****, he just talsk over the beat. I guess he speaks his mind, but his mind is always on weed and how much his childhood sucked,so meh.

Kanye: beats and music
Lupe: great flow
Eminem: beats and background are great. Very aggressive rapper
TI: great beats and flow
LilWayne: take him in small doses
Jayz: one of the kings of rap. Great everything
Kid Cudi: new perspective on rap.

yeah Lasers is probably going to sell badly, because even he’s saying he hates it.

^^ ia, I hate Cudi. And he has a terrible personality.

^^I can agree with most of that lol. LASERS has not been well-received at my school, and people went crazy over Kanye’s album. Weird how much beats influence opinion…

^If Lasers bombs, it’d proably be easier for him to leave Atlantic then, which is a dream come true for Lupe fans lol.

Hov and Nas still the best rappers alive…but lupe is ill.

Two more days until Lasers!
