What do the publics use for international student’s financial aid applications, if any give aid to international students?

Some use an international student financial aid application. I don’t believe any school uses the Profile instead of the FAFSA for international students.

Also, many public universities don’t give aid at all to international students.

Are you sure there are publics that give aid to international students to obtain undergraduate degrees?

No, that’s why I asked. Note the “if any” in my post. My guess is that the OP is applying private schools that tend to give generous aid.

From another post, here are the schools where OP applied:

"Here’s my list w/ categories of preference

Cornell
Amherst
Dartmouth
UChicago
Wesleyan

Oberlin
William and Mary
Bryn Mawr

VTech
Drexel

She appears to live in northern Virginia. Is Virginia one of the states that grants in-state tuition to undocumented immigrants living there? (I don’t think so.)

Here are her stats (to give some idea of her chances for acceptance to the above schools):

It does not look like Virginia allows instate.

Well, then, the student is looking for those schools that do give aid to international students and for merit money. Though VA may not give instate tuition rates to those here illegally, they may give scholarships. The list of schools indicate that the OP has high test scores and grades, so that s/he has some chance of gaining admissions and getting the aid/merit needed to make it work. Good luck in the endeavor to the OP.
