<p>I have a Chicago interview and am applying EA. However, I also applying ED to Columbia so my #1 is columbia and chicago #2. If they ask me if I applied to other schools, can I say I did not ED anywhere (is know it bad), but is it better for me in this case?</p>

<p>Watch how they phrase it. They won't be expecting that you applied early anywhere else, they will just be expecting that you will apply to some other schools. Say you are applying to Columbia (If you have to) and don't let them know it is early.</p>
