Hello everyone.
I am a junior at PSU taking the psychology neuroscience option degree. I worry a lot about my grades which has helped me a great deal in the long run. However, this semester I am especially busy and I am fearful that it will hurt my grades. I would like to gain entry into a very nice M.D Ph.D program after graduation but I fear that my grades won't be high enough or that I will not stand out well enough. Here are some stats about me that I feel will help in making suggestions:

GPA:3.65
I am currently an honors student.
I am involved in two labs: one cognitive psychology, the other social psychology
I am the co-founder of an organization.
I am an eagle scout.
I am currently an RA.
I will be seeking EMT training this summer.

I am currently taking 19 credits this semester on top of all those other events but have been scoring in the 70% range in 3/6 classes. However, getting an A in any of them is not out of the question yet. I guess most of my worry stems from not having a medically/biologically related lab to work in, a low GPA in a psychology major (although neuroscience is no joke), and not standing out as well as I could to gain entry into an ivy/public ivy MD/Ph.D program.

What do you all think?

For bonus points: if I were to score 3 Cs this semester, giving my a 3.3 GPA, do those chances significantly change or are my extracurriculars sufficient enough to compensate for the low GPA?
