Side notes:
My underclassmen GPAs were really low (accumulated total of 3.75)
I'm really interested in business and engineering and hopefully might go to law school after undergrad.

So I was wondering if my chances of getting accepted to the M&T Program at UPenn are high ish (it's my dream program/college/university).

My reach schools: M&T at UPenn, Stern at NYU, Stanford, Cambridge, Yale
Target: Northwestern, University College London, London School of Economics
Safety: McGill, UToronto

Does that sound reasonable? I realize my safety schools aren't exactly "safety" schools... I'm worried they might fall more into target schools, so I'm considering some UC system ones as safety (obviously not amazing ones like Berkley and LA, but more along the lines of San Diego)
