MA-IR/MPA:LSE/UCL/Sciences Po/Yale/SAIS/SIPA

Hi all!

I've recently submitted all of my applications to the following programs:

University College London-MSc International Public Policy (accepted! love the rolling admission of European schools. just a personal email from dept chair, still waiting for the official letter, but I think that counts!)
London School of Economics-MPA International Development
Sciences Po Paris-Masters in Economics and Public Policy (EPP)
MA International Relations at Yale, SIPA and SAIS

Looking for opinions on the above program. I know lots have been said about Yale/SIPA/SAIS, but I am looking for a comparison between those three schools and the European programs that I listed.

I am looking for an international career (ie not limited to a certain country), and since I did undergrad in the US, I thought an European perspective would be nice.

Any thoughts welcomed! Even better if you've done the programs and can give some feedback! Thanks!

I’m interested in what happened to you trendycafe… where did you end up? I’m at Sciences Po in the MPA. I’m loving it… I know some of the people in the EPP program. Its good, but the program is very heavy on hard core economics. The MPA is more my speed… plenty of economics, but its not overwhelming. We do a lot of field based stuff (a major research trip in the first year, a big capstone project in the second). And the connections to international job opportunities are great. What was your experience?

Hi Clarity,

I am admitted by the MPA of SP this year but is still in decision. Could you tell me how strong is the possibility to do a dual degree with SIPA? This might be my goal in this program.
