I believe MAC2312 is the code for Calculus II. Currently, I'm taking a class that would give me credit for MAC2311, Calculus I. However, I'm pretty confident I don't need to take Calculus II, as I have studied it for Mu Alpha Theta, and I've seen some Calc BC tests and they are pretty straight forward. However, I'm having troubles with being able to take the AP Calculus BC. So, is there any way I could test out of Calculus II? I'm pretty sure I'd be able to test out of Calculus I if I had to, but mostly Calculus II.

It's a joke if you were in MA0. I decided to take it as my 6th class my first semester despite having tested out of it; I came to class for the midterm and final and got the easy A.

Yay. MAO ftw. So, how did you test out? Taking the BC Calc test seems hard for me due to my current situation (although, looking at the multiple choice, it looks much easier than MAO) so if there was some University-sponsored test, that'd be great.

I AP'd out of it, but like I said I retook it for other reasons. Don't worry about the BC exam; A 50% on the exam is a 5.

Oh, I'm not worried I'd get a 5. Mostly suffering from school not willing to allow to me to take the AP test without signing up for the class online, which is something I have no desire to do. I know I can easily go now and take it, and get at least a 4, without even studying. However, it's more of my ability to physically take the test. But alright, thanks.

A big part of Calc 2 is series and mainly integration ( the normal coordinate system + polar and parametric). The tests for series require a lot of memorization and the integration you do is it more involved than what is present in Calc 1. I didn't take Calc 2 at UF but the course contents are the same at other places in the state of Florida. If you take Advanced Calc you will actually prove some of the series but in Calc 2 , most of the stuff with series you have to memorize at this level. If you test out of calc 2 you could take calc 3 which some say is easier but the calc 3 prof I had made it much harder than my calc 2 class.
