<p>Plenty of students at all of those schools do pre-med with a science degree and make it into a med school. It’s more a “which school is better for me” type decision rather than “which school is better”. Carleton and Bowdoin are probably most similar, Macalester is the outlier due to the urbanish location and more liberal politics., but wherever you feel most comfortable (and lets you in) is going to be the best place for you.</p>
