<p>From my understanding, the 2.0GHz model is $1299, $1199 with the student discount. Are you buying a refurbished version that doesn't have Core Duo 2? Otherwise, your school must be having a crazy sale.</p>
<p>I have the Macbook 13" white and w/ the student discount it was like $1099 or $1199, I can't remember right now. It's a great computer, I love having it.</p>

<p>It is the 13" model at 1.8 GHZ. Lightly used.</p>
