Macbook - Student Pricing?

Hey, I was just wondering how much is the New Macbook Pro under the NYU Computer Store's student discount?

Cause, well Black Friday is almost here and I don't know if I should wait until I might get in so I could use my student ID or just buy it on Black Friday. Whichever one saves me more money, haha.

I doubt they would discount it for Black Friday...idk. Have you seen it discounted?

if you go to the apple website you can look at NYU's student pricing.
macbook pro's start at $1,899.00
i dont know how much of a discount that is...

I would wait because Apple upgrades their line every summer in July/Augustish

Lol they sent me an email about it Carina, they wouldn't lie! Would they? haha

Hmm 1899? It regularly goes for 1999, aw so that's only like 100 bucks. -_-

chris, i would personally advise you not to be the super new, beautiful-looking one. i have the latest version before the new one. the thing about the brand new one is that you can ONLY get glossy screen... believe me you do NOT want that it means that if there is any sunlight you can't see ****! matte all the way for most people...
just my humble opinion though

ugh yeah i don't like the glossy screens either...

I have used both matte and glossy Macs. If you don't have light sources behind you, you might want glossy, as it produces a crisper, more accurate images, especially with smallish fonts. But if you have light sources, you might wish you had matte. Both are offered for these reasons.

Nvm no discount on Macbook Pro. -_- Black friday my ass.

But yeah I've already kinda fallen for the new mac lol. Gotta get my hands on it, sooner rather than later

well the new one now will be the old one by the time you start next year...

Why must you kill my dreams? lmao
