<p>i think its better but not crucial to take macro first. many of the topics and theories covered in macro, provide you with a good overview of the more detailed material covered in micro.</p>
<p>Also, macro covers a lot of info about government and its role in the economy. could be interesting stuff during the Fall with the presidential election and all that comes along with that.</p>
<p>micro is a great course as well, but its focus is more on the company and individual rather than the government.</p>
