I put placeholder values in the community service hours when I was filling it out earlier that were way off, and I forgot to go back and change them. I emailed the Caltech undergrad office and explained the situation and what it was actually supposed to be, but my question is how bad will this reflect on me? 
Unless your placeholder was some unrealistic number like 60 hours/week, it’s just not a big deal.
