Made a mistake with Portfolio sub on my common app to Amherst-what do I do?

So I am not submitting a portfolio. but I selected the wrong option for Amherst (yes). I’ve submitted the application already, so how can i inform the school that I’m not submitting the portfolio D: because if you dont send in the portfolio, then your submission is ‘incomplete’ and not reviewed right?

I’ve called them-they’re only taking calls from the 18th. Do I email them? What details do I need to put in my emails so that I know who I am (in case someone has the same name, details as me)

If you submitted the application, did Amherst send you some kind of student ID? Otherwise, email them with your name, HS, and birthday. I can’t imagine there’s more than one of you that way.
