Hello I recently submitted apps as a upper-division transfer student to Cal State schools such as Fullerton and Long Beach, and I made two mistakes on the application. The first one is under the college courses, "Courses in Progress" section of the application. I forgot to add an Introduction to Business class that I currently taking. The second mistake is under the same section of the application. I thought I was going to be able to get into a micro economics class that started during the second half of this semester, but I wasn't able to get in and I will be taking it in the spring instead. This class needs to be added to the "Courses Planned" section. I emailed every school I applied to and told them the errors that need to be fixed. Once I submit my official transcripts, will they verify and correct the errors that we're made? Also, will this affect my chances of getting accepted?

Since you contacted them to update/correct, why should it be an issue?

Colleges to you: four years of fun & education & growth

You to the colleges: four years of tuition.

They WANT to admit you. Don’t forget that.

Well most of the schools I applied to said they wouldn’t be able to update it. They said that my official transcripts are will fix the mistakes. I just wasn’t sure if it would affect my chances of getting accepted.

They are right. If you don’t get in it won’t be because you made some errors on your application.
