<p>I'm a WI resident who is very competitive for the merit scholarships being offered by Madison. I've already turned in my application form (due Feb 23, I believe), and I was wondering if any past students could give me a general idea of when I should here back.</p>

<p>Is the merit aid just for in state students... because if it isn't I SHOULD have been quite competative, was admitted in December and still haven't heard anything about financial aid. However, I am OOS</p>
<p>Some for OOS but most of it is for OOS minorities.</p>
<p>Do anyone know anything about Chancellor's Scholarship? It is said to be for "underrepresented" groups. But is it mainly for in-state or out-of-state minorities?</p>
<p>Both. Many are OOS.</p>
