Even though the page says Teacher Evaluations, the pdf file at the bottom will give you all the labels you need.</p>
<p>What if I’m sending four of the items together in one envelope?</p>
<p>Do I put all of the mailing labels on the envelope? They’re all for the same address, according to the labels.</p>
<p>I’d put one of them, and just handwrite all the other content names on the envelope next to the label. But make sure the address for all of them are the same :)</p>
