Mailing in forms - confusion?

<p>A lot of schools say that applications must be done allll online or all by mail. Since my school can’t submit the school forms online, does this mean that EVERYTHING has to be done by mail as well? Or can I still use the commonapp online, just mail in the forms to each school?</p>

<p>I could mail in the forms first, THEN submit the common app? (I have my forms ready but I still want to tweak my essay)</p>

<p>Last question, I know that many schools (including Ivies) require two teacher recommendations. Does this refer to the teacher forms on the common app website or does the teacher have to write their own separate letter?</p>
