Mailing Labels?

If I'm sending my school report and transcript in one envelope, which mailing label should I use?

Stanford does not allow the “students” to send the school report or the transcript to the admissions office. The transcript and the school report MUST be sent directly from the high school counselor’s office with the official stamp confirming it is “official” or else it would be considered “doctored”…

…most high schools and GCs should know how to do this without difficulty if you ask them to send these to Stanford…

@gravitas2 Where does it say that on the website?

My school doesn’t send ANY transcripts or school reports itself. The transcripts and reports are given in two separate sealed “official” envelopes to the student and the student is to send both in one envelope to the school(s) of their choice. We haven’t had any issues with Stanford or any other school by doing this in the past.

Regardless, which mailing label should my counselor use?

@thanksagain here is the site:

I don’t know how your school does it…but Stanford wants the school counselor or administrator to submit an official school report and transcript directly “preferably online” or via mail using the mailing label that you can download and give to your counselor. The labels with the addresses are posted in the above website under Freshmen Mailing Labels<a href=“Page Not Found : Stanford University”>Page Not Found : Stanford University;

@gravitas2 My question was which mailing label I should use if I’m sending both the school report AND transcript. I know it’s one of the freshmen labels haha.
We decided to use the School Report one. Thanks anyway!
