I'm going to begin mailing my recommendations, along with the common app teacher evaluation form for each recommendation. For the teacher evaluation form, I inputted all my info (last name, first name, my school etc.) on the PDF file, printed it out, and gave it to my teacher who hand-wrote on it. Since the evaluation form now has some printed text on it and some handwritten text, would the colleges be OK with it? (meaning, would they be annoyed with it or frown upon it?)

No, of course not. I don’t believe the school will mind since after all, it was your teacher’s choice whether to type or handwrite.

Just to be clear, the teacher typed my actual recommendation. It’s just the “evaluator information” area (the section where the teacher puts his/her name, etc.) that I am talking about.

Then it’s completely fine.

v you’re welcome! the best of luck.

Thanks!!!
