My DD who has been accepted at Kenyon has received a letter from them almost daily since the acceptance. Is this kind of gentle pressure something that they do for everyone--it almost feels like stalking, although it's nice to be wanted. Anyone else have experience with this? Thanks.

I think Kenyon accepts students that they really want.....where they feel it is a match for both student and school. It is nice to feel wanted and they do have thorough follow up (as you are experiencing :).

Should your DD decide to enroll, she will also recieve hand written notes from the Class of 2007 Class President (mentioning how he/she is graduating just like your child, etc...) as well as a handwritten note from her Upperclass Counselor during the summer.

Student already feels a sense of belonging even before he/she steps foot on campus :)
