Major and Minor at NYU (Specifically for STERN)

Hi,

I just have two simple questions: Is it certainly possible to have a major (such as business with economics ) in the Stern School of Business and a minor (such as mathematics) in the College of Arts and Sciences?

Also, how is it like studying economics at Stern? (just some experiences please)

Thanks for your help!!

SOMEONE REPLY PLS :(

reallllyyyyy? is everyone so busy to answer this question?

I think everyone’s sleeping, mate.

If you minor in CAS while you’re in Stern, the universe will literally implode. A minor in another NYU college is physically impossible to accomplish under the laws of Newtonian chemistry.

@Jarjarbinks23‌ so, it is impossible? cuz i wrote down how i wanted to have a major in econ at stern and a minor in math at cas on the nyu writing supplement (i’m an high schooler applying to nyu) as i was interested in both subjects as they are closely related and both of them have been my favourite subjects :(

Yes it is possible - It’s even possible to have a second major outside of Stern if you want as well
