Major and Minor from unrelated schools at USC?

I know USC separates it's courses into "schools." I'd like to Major in Marketing, which is part of their business school (Marshall). However, I'd like to Minor in Drawing, which is part of their school of fine arts (Roski).

Can one do this even though they're from different "schools." Reason is that I've always been passionate about art, but it's quite a competitive area, and my parents aren't too happy about it...

We settled with Marketing because it combines business (which I'm pretty good at) with creativity, and I managed to convince them to let me minor in art :D I chose USC because it has a pretty strong arts program, but is still a complete university, and has a really good undergrad business program as well. There Marketing program ranks #10 for US schools.

So, can you do this?

USC strongly encourages its students to pursue double majors and major/minor combinations in widely separated fields of study - so much so that they developed a recognition program [USC Renaissance Scholars](http://www.usc.edu/programs/ugprograms/renaissance/index.shtml) for students who choose to do so.

All of USC’s various schools not only allow cross-registration to double majors and minors, they always have many classes available to USC students who would like to sample their courses even if they are not pursuing a major or minor in that school.
